The John King Brain Tumour Foundation is proud to work alongside the neurosurgical teams at St George’s Hospital, supporting their commitment to providing outstanding care for patients affected by brain tumours and neurological conditions.

Supporting The Atkinson Morley Wing

The Foundation works closely with the Atkinson Morley Wing at St George’s Hospital, home to one of the UK’s leading neurosurgical units.

The specialist teams at Atkinson Morley provide expert care for patients with complex neurological conditions, including brain tumours.

During John’s own treatment, we experienced first-hand the dedication, compassion and expertise of the doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals working there.

That experience inspired the creation of the Foundation and continues to guide everything we do.

Supporting Innovation in Neurosurgery

Modern brain tumour care depends on specialist knowledge, skill and access to advanced technology.

While the NHS provides exceptional care, charitable support can help fund additional equipment and projects that enhance treatment and improve the patient experience.

Working closely with St George’s Charity, we have helped support the purchase of specialist neurosurgical equipment, enabling clinical teams to access innovative tools that assist with complex procedures.
